Race #1 NW3 F&M

ANGELIC STAR  (Masse) W/W.

Off an honest half of 57.2, Q3 acceled  by 0.4 to 28.4, Q4 decelled by 0.3 to 29.2. Co favs finished 1-2 exacta either way was aprox $10

Race #2 M

Q2w was slowed by 2,4 seconds to 31.1 Q3 in 29.2, Q4 in 30.2

Two co favs finished 1-2 , exacta was aprox $8 either way.

Race #3 Clm 8k, NW 18K LT

Gordon Abbot was obviouslY training horses during the break. His AMERICAN JUSTICE , @ odds, beat three in here that figured heavily. Thus, the perils of betting after such a break in racing. OH WELL HOW WANTS FAVORITES ALL NIGHT?

Race #3. Gordie & the Shark

Race #3. Gordie & the Shark

Race #4 NW2

And so too was Serge Masse training horses.

MINNESOTA HANOVER , @ 19 to , shaved two and 4/5 seconds off life time mark, for owner- trainer-driver S. Masse. From last in a 6 horse field, HANOVER pulled first out past the 3/8th and grabbed the lead past the Q3 pole. This races 1-2 exacta was hammered , paying about $8 either way.

Race #5

HEZA PROMISE, ( Treen Machine) W/W as fav. It went 4-5 around the track with several lengths back to third. There were only three exactas paying less then the correct $27 . Nicely rated quarter times ( shown in tenths )

Race #6 Clm 4k (top tier)

PROUDSONOFSCOTLAND @ 5 to 1 odds with a extra nice trip. Demonstrated his versitility. Left some from the rail, sat behind a 28.3 BS, and than relied on a well timed move & his closing grit to finish the job. Nice to see Rick White in the Winner’s Circle. The fav just made 2nd after being FO in that fast Q3.

9-1 ecxacta paid $19. It was half that with the fav on top.

Race #7 Clm 4k F&M

LUCKY JENNY

rACE #8  NW2 F&M

LADYANDTHETRENTCH

Five young ladies left in a drag race for the lead . Beelby 3w the entire 1st turn. Clark sat in pocket till late BS, where he took the lead and held his ground against challengers around the final turn. The 8th/8th ( the lane ) may have accelerated as the leader held of TAHUYAH RUBADUB who got loose after a benifiacial rail trip.

Four left for the lead.  One of the co-favs broke and pace was immediately shut down.

Q2 slowed by 3.1 seconds,  Q3 accelled by 2.2 seconds, Q4 only deccelled by 0.1 seconds. The 8th/8th ( the lane ) may have acceled as the leader held of FIGHTER BLISS who got loose at a  mid final turn after a pocket trip. Those two drew away form the field.

Race #10

KALIHARI CHEETAH w/w.

Race #11 Open.

STILLETO HALL.  Gives Serge Masse his GRAND SALAMI ( 4 wins) for tonight.

Grande Sauisse
Grande

saucisse

Wire to Wire . Middle half was the typical Soirée with Masse

Q1 in a modest 28,
Q2 slowed by 2.3 seconds to 30.3,
Q3 accelled by an amazing 3 full seconds to 27.3
Q4 deccelled by 4/5ths to 28.8

CLV Horsemen

CLV Horsemen

In the Olde days at CLV, angry hosremen with pitchforks & torches would be gathering outside of STILETTO’s stall.

It’s either give him PP#8 or just give him the win money !

Race #12

LILKENT,  improves Life time mark by 2 seconds with THT behind wiring attempt by fav. It’s 4.5 lengths back to third finisher. The correct [5-1] two dollar exacta pays $14 . The reverse would have been $7.
