Recap December 5_6_7

Track Conditions

Surface is dry powder verging on DUSTY. Relative Humidity is unusually low, about 30%. Temperatures hovering around freezing. Strong Easterly winds stiffened the flags on Sunday and had a clear effect on fractional times, driving tactics, and outcomes.

Political Economy

Fields are short, ( except for bottom claimers & youngsters ).  >90% of those entered  are getting in. Extremely short odds on winning favorites. Several horses are winning 3-4 in a row. Very few claims.
